To maintain ONC certification, Aspyra conducts ongoing Real World Testing to confirm system performance in live operational environments.

These additional costs help support certification compliance, system updates, and continued reporting reliability.
Cost Structure
ONC-certified reporting interfaces follow a transparent pricing model designed to support compliance, maintenance, and long-term system reliability.
Certification Surcharge
Each ONC-compliant reporting interface may include a Certification Surcharge equal to 50% of the interface price.
Per Reporting System
The surcharge applies per reporting system, including EHR, EMR, or HIS platforms connected for public health reporting.
Ongoing Support Fees
Ongoing support services include the same ONC Certification Surcharge to ensure continued compliance and system updates.
Flexible Billing Options
Billing may be structured monthly, quarterly, or annually based on licensing and support agreements.
